1. Payment Policy
- Payment to be made at hotel, no advance payment required.
- We offer both Online and Offline payment options at the front desk for your convenience.
- Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash.
2. Check-in and Check-out
- Standard Check-in time is 12:00 PM (Noon).
- Standard Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of check-in.
3. Cancellation Policy
- As no advance payment is required, you can cancel your booking anytime without penalty.
- However, we request that you inform us at least 24 hours prior to your expected arrival if your plans change.
- Failure to arrive (No-show) will result in the release of the room after 6:00 PM on the day of arrival unless prior notice is given.
4. Child & Extra Bed Policy
- Children up to 5 years of age can stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
- An extra bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee.
5. General Guidelines
- Guests are expected to behave appropriately and respect the comfort of other guests.
- Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.
- The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to guests' personal belongings.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises unless specified otherwise.
